• How do I change the quantity of an item in my shopping cart?

  If you'd like to receive more than one copy of a title, simply change the number in the quantity box and then click "Update Quantity" to save your changes. If you'd like to remove a title from your shopping cart entirely, click "Remove" or change the quantity to 0 and click "Update Quantity" to save your changes.

• How do I apply a Promotional Discount?

  You may enter a Promotional Discount as one of the final steps in the ordering process. But, even if you have a discount for free shipping, you should select the least expensive shipping option and then enter the promotional code at the end to apply this offer.

• Why is my movie no longer available?

  We carry as many copies of each title as possible. Sometimes, however, demand exceeds inventory, and certain titles may no longer be available.
